Athletes with aspirations within the person 400 have been not really to desire a laborious race the evening sooner than. Thus, for a number of groups – there have been most effective six – no time for 2 rounds; it was once successfully their 2nd group.

Lina Nielsen: ”There may be simply such a lot to take into consideration in an indoor 400m, let on my own a relay. There have been such a lot of elbows out; I tripped about 3 times on that leg, so it was once on the subject of keeping house and making sure we got here house in a excellent medal place. That house directly was once very loud with Femke crossing the road, so it spurred me on!”
