Our 4J Masters Indoor monitor and box champs are on the Emirates Area in Glasgow on Sunday 2 February.
Those occasions are open to athletes elderly 35 and above at the day and with medals on be offering in five-year age bands (age at the day additionally).

Our 4J Nationwide Relays for U13 and U15 athletes happen on Sunday 2 February on the Emirates Area in Glasgow.
Heats and finals will occur that day for each those age teams.
