Nowadays is the primary day of your 9th week of mileage.
Heat up neatly, 20 mins of average working, 20 Minute Pace run (20 seconds according to mile tempo slower than present 5k race tempo), 8 x 300m hill repeats, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs, cooldown.
